Job analysis and job evaluation

Review both the Job Analysis and the Job Evaluation articles posted on the Moodle page. Write a detailed three page paper discussing both processes, how they are different, how they complement each other and why you might not be able to complete a good job evaluation process if you did not first analyze a position. This is a 20 point three page assignment and you are expected to reference the contents of both articles in your own words, reflecting on how important both steps can be to the compensation process.
